1. Cheese from The Cheese Geek

I’m starting with cheese because I don’t know about you but the one thing I’m seriously missing about being out and about in London is cheese and wine tastings (wine is next on the list). Being able to take the concept of creating a tasting selection at home is incredible and the fact that the cheese are packaged up, customisable dependent on taste and delivered to you on the date of your choice makes The Cheese Geek my top choice for cheese delivery. The real reason they are on this list is for their subscription service which allows you to choose your delivery to arrive every month, two months or three months and is only £30! Serious bargain in my books when it comes to quality cheese. For what it’s worth, I’ve had two orders from them so far and the cheeses are enormous! Enough to share the tasting with your partner, family or stick in your freezer to enjoy at a later date. You can even choose to gift your box to family members you may not be nearby to, but you can show ‘em you love ‘em with some creamy, nutty or blue-y cheeses delivered straight to their door.

The Cheese Geek are offering 15% off your order for ANYTHING on their website (yes, including subscriptions) so you can start enjoying some cheese ASAP.

6. Bacon from Cure & Simple

UPDATE 14/4/2020: I ordered from this company and unfortunately do not feel comfortable recommending them anymore. After two weeks of no delivery, payment being taken, I have now cancelled my subscriptions and they have notified me that as I requested, a refund will be given. I want to be completely open, transparent and honest with you, as my readers, and need to share this experience as I cannot recommend this anymore.

7. Pasta from Pasta Evangelists

If you needed a little push to get more creative in your kitchen, this is the golden ticket! Making pasta at home is super fun (I have a pasta machine and it’s so cute and fun to play with) but for a quick meal after a long day of working (from home albeit) you don’t want to have to make the dough, wait for it to rise and then put it through the machine and hang dry - you want snappy! Pasta Evangelists offers a 3 month subscription and starting at £51 for 2 servings of pasta, sauce (the whole bit) per month and you can order up to 6 if you’re a serious pasta lover (and have more mouths to feed). It’s a genius prezzie for yourself, or a fun surprise for your family or someone not living closely.

8. Peanut Butter from Pip and Nut

Yes, this is for real and yes, it is FREAKIN’ DELICIOUS. I’ve become a recent convert to Pip and Nut thanks to my friend Aimee who is a real life Pip and Nut addict. One time she phoned me to tell me she had bought KILOS of it. True story. If you’re a nut butter crazy person like Aimee, I’m sure this seclusion is making you even more nuts about it (lol) so be sure to sign up for a subscription when you order directly from the Pip and Nut website. Smooth and crunch peanut butter from them are my fav. When you subscribe, you save 15% off each item, no coupon code needed.

9. Fish from Fish Box

Fish Box to the rescue! This subscription service can make your seafood dreams come true, offering fish and sustainable seafood direct to your door. All the seafood is caught in Scotland and processed there, ready to be delivered straight to you.  The size small starts at £25 for a small box, £35 for a medium box and £45 for a large box. I filled out the quick form they have on their website to see what would be perfect for Josh and I, and for two people who eat about half a week of dinners including seafood, the medium size would be perfect for us to order once every two weeks and covers 6 meals. That means for 3 meals for two people each week we are only spending £17.50 between the two of us! It’s a pretty great idea, and you can also gift it if you’ve got family or friends that aren’t able to go out and get their haul of seafood on the daily. AND the best bit, because each week you may get something different, they include recipe cards for you to either follow or to give you guidance on how best to prepare and cook the fish you’ve just received. I think I’ve sold myself, brb signing up.
