Ingredients:
1 Camembert
1 small loaf of crusty bread
1 tbsp runny honey
1 tsp dried rosemary or fresh, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200 C fan. Cut a Camembert sized hole in your bread and make sure it’s deep enough so that the whole cheese can fit inside. Pop the cheese into the hole and cover the rest of the bread in foil, leaving a hole where the cheese is. Slice diagonally in crisscrosses across the cheese lightly and drizzle your olive oil & honey across it evenly. Sprinkle your rosemary, making sure some gets into the little slices. Pop in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, keep an eye on it as every oven is different. Once it’s ready take it out, drizzle a little more honey, grab some nuts, maybe pistachios and the rest of the bread that didn’t go in the oven and dig in while it’s hot and gooey!

I can’t take credit for this cool hole in the bread idea, as I saw it on @dougiesdinners page and I have wanted to try it ever since! He’s got a fab page with fun tips, tricks, & recipes.
