S’mores brownies

S’mores brownies

A fall classic in my books (and probably anyone who has grown up in the US during the colder months -- a s’more, but now transformed into… a brownie (actually 9 brownies)! I used the Menier Chocolate Brownie baking mix with real dark pure cocoa butter chocolate pieces - mmm. It’s got no additives and is palm oil free! Simply topped with biscuit crumbs and ooey gooey melty marshmallows. Sooo moorish.

Ingredients:
1 box of Menier Brownie mix
3 eggs
140g butter
9 giant marshmallows (or a lotta small ones)
2-4 digestive biscuits, crushed

Method:
Melt together the butter and chocolate drops provided in the Menier Brownie box (microwave is perfect or in the oven while it preheats). Then once melted together, whisk in the mix and the 3 eggs until combined. Bake as directed on the box (8-12 mins) and then when ready, leave to cool for about 10 mins. Then crush your digestive biscuits over the top of the brownie slab, and place your marshmallows over the top. Using a mini kitchen blow torch (safely) melt your marshmallows into more of a smooth consistency.

This baking mix is a total win plus, the cocoa is sustainably sourced. There are other baking mixes from the collection like cookies (which are next on my list) and cake, too. Menier baking mixes are available on Ocado.
