Tomato and nectarine salad

Tomato and nectarine salad

Tomato and nectarine salad topped with Paysan Breton whipped cream cheese

Sweet summer tomatoes combined with juicy nectarines and creamy whipped French Sea Salt cream cheese is the one!!! Lamb’s lettuce is my go-to for a salad filled with flavours on top as it’s mild and delicate. If you haven’t tried Paysan Breton cream cheeses, I’m telling you, I can literally eat it with a spoon out of the container because it’s so delicious. Perfect dolloped on this summery salad, great for sharing and even better for devouring :)

Ingredients:
½ container Paysan Breton French Sea Salt cream cheese
2 nectarines, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 handfuls lambs lettuce
+ sea salt, pepper & olive oil for seasoning (yes it’s as simple as that)

Assemble your lettuce on the bottom, then nectarines, tomatoes, and cream cheese, then season with sea salt, pepper and olive oil over the top! Leave for just a few minutes for the salt to sink into the fruits & enjoy!
