Teriyaki skewers with garlic string beans

Going back to work after a bank holiday weekend can be tough, and especially if youβve been at the pub the whole weekend π but to cure my hangover with a simple easy dinner, I made @sainsburys teriyaki marinated skewers with garlic string beans and @unclebensusa rice! π€β β β β β β β β β

What you need:
π’ 1 pack of ready made teriyaki chicken skewers
π 2 bags of @unclebensusa 10 minute ready to cook rice bags (sold in a box in the rice section) π± 1 bag of string beans
πΏ 3 cloves of garlic
π₯ Olive oil
π½ Sesame oil
π§ any additional seasonings of your choice, I like to add chopped chives to the rice

- Simple set the oven to 190 and put the skewers on a foil covered tray in the oven for 20-25minutes then cover with the pack of teriyaki for an additional 5 minutes.
- When thereβs about 10 minutes left, toss garlic and olive oil and sesame oil in a pan, then add the string beans & cook with a lid on for the rest of the time the chicken cooks. - Simultaneously boil a pot with water and add two bags of @unclebensusarice, time cook for 10 mins
- When chicken is ready, serve hot with beans and rice on a plate (option to add chopped chives and some soy sauce to the rice if you want to season it up, even sesame seeds, too)
