Crunchy roasted chickpeas with Maldon salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic and a drizzle of Odysea extra virgin olive oil — summer snack totally and tastefully sorted!

Ingredients:
1 tin chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry
1 pinch salt, @maldonsalt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 pinch garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil, I used @odysea_ltd

How to:
pop some drained and dried tinned chickpeas on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic and some cayenne pepper and roast for about 40minutes on 200c fan until crisp, start checking on them after 30 mins to make sure they are doing ok and give them a shake to ensure they are baked all over!

The best bar snack, afternoon snack or picnic pack for a spicy bite when you’ve had a few beers in the park!
